Senator Wilken requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                                      
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 140(STA) be taken up. The bill was before                                        
the Senate on reconsideration.                                                                      
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CS FOR HOUSE                                         
BILL NO. 140(STA) "An Act relating to benefits for retired teachers                                 
or employees who participated in retirement incentive programs and                                  
are subsequently reemployed as a commissioner; and providing for an                                 
effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following
